Principal Dentist
Hello! My Name is Dr. Say, welcome to Brock Dental. A little background about me, I completed my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo, and went on to graduate from the University of Western Ontario, earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2004. I enjoy working as a general dentist and helping those in need. I am capable, meticulous and detail oriented. In my spare time, I enjoy landscaping and hanging out with family and my dog Willow.

I graduated from NAIT in Edmonton, Alberta in 2001. I have worked at Brock Dental since 2004. What I enjoy most about my job is the interactions I have with my patients and the ability to deliver quality dentistry. When I’m not working, I enjoy travelling, spending time with my family, friends and puttering around in my garden.

Office Manager
My name is Fran, I am the Office Manager here at Brock Dental. I initially attended Niagara College for Dental Office Administration, and graduated in 1999. I have since worked at Brock Dental for 26 years now. I enjoy all the patients I have met over the years, watching their families grow and helping them with all their dental needs. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and being outdoors walking a great trail with my husband.

Dental Hygienist
My name is Lichi, I am a Registered Dental Hygienist at Brock Dental. I completed the Dental Hygiene program at Niagara College in 2021 and have had the privilege of being a part of the Brock Dental family for nearly four years now.
I am passionate about helping others achieve and maintain healthy smiles by providing high-quality, thorough dental care. With a gentle, compassionate approach as a truly empathetic individual, I make it a priority to understand each patient’s needs, helping even the most nervous patients feel relaxed and at ease! My goal is to ensure that everyone feels comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for during their visit. Outside the office, I enjoy time with my family and friends, staying active, diving into a good book, and playing with my two adorable budgies.

Dental Hygienist
My name is Megan, I graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Niagara College in 2013 with an advanced diploma, and have been working at Brock Dental as a Dental Hygienist since Fall 2014, 11 years and counting now! I love interacting with all of our patients and being able to help everyone feel comfortable and ease any anxiety for their appointment. It makes me happy to help people feel good about their teeth and see them smiling proudly. When I am not at work I love to be outside as much as possible. Whether it’s sunny or snowy, my husband and I love playing outside with our kids and our sweet dog.

Dental Hygienist
I graduated from Niagara College in 2021 from the Dental Hygiene program. I have worked at Brock Dental for 3 years now. I enjoy working with my colleagues and building trusting relationships with my patients. I love providing care and knowing that I’m making a positive impact on their overall oral health. When not working, I enjoy being with friends and family, trying out new places to eat, spending time outdoors camping, and staying active in my church through volunteering.
SABRINA
Dental Receptionist
Hi, I’m Sabrina. I am one of the first people you see when you come through our doors at Brock Dental. I am the Dental Receptionist, and have been working here since July 2025, I am the newest member of the team! Recently, I completed the Dental Basics for Administrators course from Risio Institute for Digital Dental Education. In this role, I enjoy the interactions I have with the patients and my co-workers, and knowing how valuable my work is to the ease the flow of the office. When not working, I enjoy gardening, camping, going to the Welland flatwaters and swimming. I love taking my dog Bogart for walks around the neighbourhood or finding a trail to get lost on.
